How To Claim Our Money Back Guarantee

In the unlikely event you do not see any results, contact support within 90 days to ask for a full refund.

Instructions to claim our money back guarantee:
 

  • You must have used the handset for at least 60 days from the date of delivery, but for no more than 90 days.

  • You must complete at least 6 treatment sessions.

  • Take a photo of the areas you are treating before each of the sessions.

  • All photos must have valid time and date stamps.

  • If there are no noticeable results in hair reduction, email support@opeau.com with your order number and attach the 6 photos.

  • The application for the money back guarantee must be submitted within 90 days of receiving your product.

  • We will process the request within 2 business days.

  • Once approved, mail the product back to us as directed together with the contents and packaging it came with.

  • Once we receive the product, we will refund you your purchase price.


You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning the product. Shipping costs will not be refunded. You may consider using a trackable shipping method as we cannot guarantee we will receive the item.

Applications that do not meet the return criteria or were not used in accordance with the Opeau user manual will not be approved. Warranties on products become void after a full refund. We reserve the right to reject a refund if we are not reasonably satisfied with the supporting evidence provided to us.

How Do I Return My Product?

We offer a 1-year international product warranty for anything that may go wrong with your device.

How to replace a defective product during the 1 year warranty period:
 

  • Take a clear video of the defect.

  • Email support@opeau.com with a brief description of the defect, order number and attach your video.

  • The application for the replacement must be submitted within 12 months of the date of your order.

  • We will process the request within 2 business days.

  • Once approved, mail the product back to us as directed together with the contents and packaging it came with.

  • Once we receive the defective product, a replacement of your product will be processed and sent to you.


You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning the product. Shipping costs will not be refunded. You may consider using a trackable shipping method as we cannot guarantee we will receive the item. The shipping cost of the replacement will be covered by us.


The warranty does not cover damage from misuse (including but not limited to improper operation of device or storage), unauthorized repairs, change of mind, or products not used in accordance with the Opeau user manual. We reserve the right to reject an application if we are not reasonably satisfied with the supporting evidence provided to us.
