Orders & Shipping
Will there be a shipping confirmation once the order is placed?
Yes, once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation via email along with your order ID number.
How long does shipping take?
We ship worldwide using DHL. On average our customers receive orders from 7-15 business days. Due to high demand, particularly during holiday season, please allow an additional 1-2 weeks for delivery.
How do I track my package?
We will send you an email confirmation containing your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped, enter your tracking into the "track order" page in the menu of the Opeau main site.
Please note that it can take up to 3-7 business days for the tracking information to be updated.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide to provide great products for anyone around the globe.
I did not get a tracking number, what do I do?
If you did not get a tracking number after 7 business days of placing your order you can simply email us and we will gladly sort out any issues.
How IPL Works
How does IPL work?
Melanin in the hair absorbs the light energy from IPL and converts it to heat to destroy the hair follicle and prevent further growth.
Does it hurt?
The Opeau Rose IPL treatment is relatively painless. Most customers liken it to a warm sensation. The revolutionary ice cooling function greatly reduces the discomfort of conventional IPL which makes this great for sensitive skin.
Can sensitive skin use it?
Yes! The Opeau Rose with ice cooling is designed to soothe the skin during IPL treatment and is suitable for sensitive skin.
What's the benefit of the ice cooling function?
IPL damages the follicle of the targeted hairs and many people experience redness and swelling as a result. The ice cooling function calms the skin during treatment and helps prevent irritation.
When will I see results?
Most customers notice reduced hair growth after just 1-3 treatments with lasting results after 7-9 treatments.
Why must I shave before using?
By shaving close to the skin, the IPL can target the hair follicle better. For IPL to be effective, do not remove the hair by pulling it out at the root such as waxing, tweezing, epilating or threading.
Will IPL permanently remove hair?
It may take multiple treatments to remove unwanted hair completely and certain factors such as an individual's genetic makeup will affect results. Hair that does re-grow will become lighter and finer. After completing the initial treatment sessions, you only need to use the Opeau Rose handset once every 2-3 months to maintain smooth, hair-free skin.

Can men use it?
Yes! Opeau Rose works great on men and women! It is most effective on light to medium skin tones with hair color ranging from natural blonde to dark brown and black.

IPL works best on light to medium skin tones (see color chart) with hair color ranging from natural blonde to dark brown and black.
Can I use it on my whole body?
Yes! Opeau Rose is gentle enough to be used on hair in any location including underarms, bikini line, face (except eye area), neck, chest and legs. Choose an energy level according to your skin tolerance and increase the level gradually from 1 to 5.
Can I use IPL while pregnant or breastfeeding?
Although IPL hair removal is a safe procedure and there is no evidence it is harmful to pregnant or breastfeeding women, we don't recommend using IPL as a precaution.
I just had a tan. Can I use IPL?
You should not use IPL on tanned or sunburnt skin. Wait several weeks until the tan has faded.
Can IPL remove tattoos?
Do not use IPL over tattoos. The pigments in the skin will attract the IPL and may cause reactions such as burns and blisters.
I have PCOS. Will IPL work?
Yes! IPL is effective on hormonal hair growth.
Can IPL be used on moles?
IPL is not suitable for removing hair from moles.
I have epilepsy. Will IPL work?
IPL will not be suitable.
